Introducing a microbrewery to the community at the historic site of the former Iroquois Brewery at 230 Pratt, would be another opportunity to build on the momentum to bring back more breweries. The brewery would be a place where tourist and residents can gather to drink great tasting beer and enjoy games and good conversation. It will be important to focus on the taste of the beer and the way the community reacts to the microbrewery so that we can retain a happy and inviting crowd. Years ago, in this same location the Iroquois Brewery was a sensation. Why not bring back what was once loved and enjoyed by the community?
